Delivery info
We offer same day food delivery service to Rusutsu, Lake Toya, Hirafu, Niseko areas.
- Minimum order of ¥30,000 on food items is required at checkout for free delivery.
- Hotpot Set menus are fixed. Exchange of food items is not available.
- Delivery hour between 16:00-20:00. Same day delivery possible for order placed before 12:00 pm, subject to availability.
- Niseko Food Delivery reserves the right to change/ replace the food ingredients without any prior notice.
- Ordering can be done through our website /or call us, we strongly suggest customers to order at least 1 day in advance.
- We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery hours. Please allow for flexibility as our drivers have to deliver accordingly to their planned route.
- Delivery time may fluctuate during peak periods, subject to traffic, weather and our delivery loads from time to time.
